Meaningful Beauty® needed a purposeful in store experience and event for their field team and customers to successfully navigate the product offerings while simultaneously messaging the origin story and paving a path to purchase. The goal: to direct customers to their best product match while increasing brand loyalty.

The Goods:

We partnered to create an event strategy complete with an in store decision tree and diagnostic tool for the field team to convert sales, a giveaway strategy when customers met the purchase threshold, a takeaway pamphlet with brand and hero ingredient storytelling, and a training for the the field team interactions.

The Result:

The cost-effective yet distinctive brand activity animated store visits like never before, sparking conversations with prospects and customers alike. By removing the barrier to entry we optimized an easy to follow product adoption and scalable experience for the sales force of all tenures to duplicate, and customers to self-direct to the most customized product offering.
